This e-book aims to help those trying to increase their vertical jump.  This book will give you all the tools you need to increase your vertical jump by adding strength, mobility and explosiveness into your routine.  If you don't have a routine, no problem.  The book can be your workout routine or it can be supplemental to your current routine.  


It should also be noted that the strength workouts depicted in our videos do include barbells and dumbbells.  If you dont have access to these items, you can still benefit from the workouts.  You can still squat, deadlift and jump by just using your bodyweight.   Just know results may vary.
