SpeciFit Program Months 2 & 3
Month one is in the bag and now you're ready to take the next step.
In month two, you will be introduced to new challenge exercises and HIIT workouts. You are already familiar with the mobility workouts and bodyweight exercises but month two will showcase brand new mobility workout videos and new bodyweight strength exercises. This is going to be fun!
In the final month of the Program, month three, you will be introduced to new challenge exercises and plyometric workouts. Mobility workouts become more advanced and we throw some new styles of bodyweight workouts at you. Some are high rep workouts designed to be done in a short period of time and others are strength based with short burst of cardio/explosive movements built in. Enjoy this final month!
You can do the whole program without equipment but if you do have dumbbells or exercise bands, feel free to add them in where you see fit.
We know you will be satisfied with our program, but in the instance you're not, we will refund you. If your are not satisfied with your program by day 14 please let us know and we will give you a full refund. If you wait until after 14 days we will not honor a full refund.
