SpeciFit Program Month 1
Our monthly program caters to those who work from home and are looking to feel better, get stronger, improve mobility and cultivate a healthier work-life balance.
Month 1 starts with you building foundational strength, improving mobility, improving your posture and strengthening your core. In month 2, you will progress further with your overall strength building, improve your conditioning and continue to improve mobility. In month 3 you will be in the final phase of training and will focus on power and speed.
You can do the whole program without equipment but if you do have dumbbells or resistance bands, feel free to add them in where appropriate.
We know you will be satisfied with our program, but in the instance you're not, we will refund you. If your are not satisfied with your program by day 14 please let us know and we will give you a full refund. If you wait until after 14 days we will not honor a full refund.
The Program includes:
- Four workouts a week - You will have access to a program called TrueCoach. Each week on TrueCoach you will have a combination of exercise videos and typed workouts to complete.
- Two check in calls a month
- 24/7 communication support
