Our Instagram channel is a great place to watch short exercise videos. Anywhere between 30 seconds to twelve minutes. Find out how to do a certain stretch, strength exercise or mobility drill in no time. Or, watch one of our ten minute workout videos that focus on either strength or stretching and mobility. We also go live three times per week, for ten minutes, to help you move during your day.
