SpeciFit is a business dedicated to helping individuals implement fitness and wellness into their busy lifestyles.  Through various social media platforms, we've made it easy to do just that. 

Our Instagram channel is a great place to watch short exercise videos.  Anywhere between 30 seconds to twelve minutes.  Find out how to do a certain stretch, strength exercise or mobility drill in no time.  Or, watch one of our ten minute workout videos that focus on either strength or stretching and mobility.  We also go live three times per week, for ten minutes, to help you move during your day.

Check out our YouTube channel for both short and long form exercise videos.  We have an extensive exercise library and a great variety of workout styles (HIIT, Mobility, Strength and Conditioning, Strength and Mobility).  All of our exercise videos can be done anywhere. 

Check out the SpeciFit Move of the Day on TikTok!  Everyday, we post a 45 second or less video showcasing how to do an exercise.  These exercises can be about mobility, strength, flexibility or a breathing technique.
